                   JOB DESCRIPTION BREAKDOWN                   

Survey Crew Chief

• 5+ years of survey crew chief experience including ALTA and Boundary Survey.
• Supervise additional staff members assisting in survey assignments. Types of surveys performed: ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, Existing Conditions and Boundary Surveys, Topographic Surveys, Construction Staking and Transportation projects
• Adhere to QA/QC procedures and note taking. Follow instructions/work orders from project managers.
• Proficiency with RTK/GPS, Robotic Total Station, Carlson SurvCE Software.
• Construction layout, ability to read and comprehend Construction Plans
• Abilities’ to research project and property information
• AutoCAD and Carlson software experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
• SIT credentials a plus.

Survey Instrument Man

• 1+ years of instrument experience
• Supervise additional staff members assisting in survey assignments. Types of surveys performed: ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, Existing Conditions and Boundary Surveys, Topographic Surveys, Construction Staking and Transportation projects
• Proficiency with RTK/GPS, Robotic Total Station, Carlson SurvCE Software.
• AutoCAD and Carlson software experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions.

Staff Engineer

• 2-5 years of civil engineering experience
• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
• Proficiency AutoCAD and Carlson software.
• Civil-3D and Hydrology software skills a plus.
• Familiarity/skill with Site Layout, Site Grading, and Utility Design a plus.

Junior Civil Engineer

• 0-3 years of civil engineering experience
• Ability to work in team environment
• Willingness to work on variety of projects
• AutoCAD and Civil 3D proficiency
• Ability to work dynamically with clients and project team members
• Working with point cloud data bases and rendering is a plus
